Well I just stumbled onto this website after being completely ripped off yesterday at the Dover Mall from some french guy that absolutely would not leave me and my mother alone. Oh, we were sisters and beautiful daaarling…., he would not stop hugging and touching us. We bought 2 nail kits for $40 each and I found them online today for $9!!! I am so mad I am going to call the mall and complain, then my mother got suckered into buying the sea salt scrub for another $40, so we are into them now for $120 and he still didn’t want to let us go! We charged part of the purchase and we noticed the receipt had all the credit card numbers on it and he kept it for himself and didn’t give us a copy. I am so nervous that something will happen with my mothers account. These people should be put out of business, seriously!!!

So sorry to hear bad reviews. I’ve been using the products for a year and swear by them. I have tried other products and see the best results when I use Deja Vu. I was told by the salesperson to not by the day cream but to invest in the serum. It’s light and completely absorbs. I think the key is to know your skin type and mix and match the products to get the combination that works best for your skin type.

I too fell prey to the friendly very clever and convincing sales woman at the mall. The woman gave her little presentation along with demonstrations even though I had told her I was in a rush to leave. When trying to excuse myself she talked even faster grabbed my hand and led me to yet another demonstration. I ended up buying the peel which was maybe the one thing that remotely interested me mainly because I needed to leave. I spent 40 and ended up with some little soaps too. Honestly I do like the peel but I don’t 40 dollars like it. Take my advise. Do not fall victim to déjà vu’s pushy sales tactics and if you are considering buying anything from them look online and find it for cheap bc it’s not worth what they are going to charge.

I have to join the long line of those who were suckered into overpaying for something they didn’t want or need in the first place. Location: Menlo Park Mall, NJ Person: Young good looking Middle Eastern guy who also liked to hug and made me swear I wouldn’t tell anyone about the great deal I got. Scam: nail kit, face peel and moisturizer for $70. + tax = 74.90. (He originally wanted $80. for the nail kit alone but soon realized it wasn’t going to happen with me so he went to plan B: throw in a lot of other stuff to ring up a higher sale anyway). He too rang it up before I agreed. I should have walked away. Be warned these guys are excellent salesmen/women. Learn from them if you’re in that field but definitely don’t buy from them unless you really want the product and can get them to meet your price.

I just came back from Quakerbridge Mall and got suckered for 100.00 Everyone is right, these sales people would not take no for an answer and actually started ringing up stuff after I said I could not afford it. I got the eye cream and nail kit. They were telling me how good I look for my age and all that crap. It better be good for this price. I think I had the same guy as Gay did. Middle Eastern and hugged alot.

Wow! Was at the local OH mall and got acosted by “son of the lady who started this company” (!), a very handsome, eager and persuasive young man with a Middle-Eastern accent. He demonstrated products on me and they seemed nice. Bought the peel for $79!!! Now I see what a rip-off that was. He sold me the “new” mud mask, that was alledgedly over $200, for $69 and threw in the two body products for “free” before he let me leave and that was after two hugs! AND, the really crazy thing is that I was pretty happy with my Murad products and didn’t want to buy any of this stuff.

It is a total scam The product cost $3 to $5.50 depending of the product and they sell it for ten times the price and doesnt even wk that well. Don’t buy just a small advice

I just got swindled at Bridgewater mall by the sexiest sales women ever. I was strait up seduced and decided to buy the product. I bought the face peel and nail kit. 1st she got me for 96 bucks! Then she proceeded w another pitch for the nail product for another $69 bucks! When i returned to work i reviewed the reviews and almost threw up, also saw the products posted for less then 25% of what I paid and got very angry, went back to the mall and what was originally my best friend was now ignorring me and refused to give me a refund. i called AMEX and the BBB and disputed the charges, then i got a manager from the number ,listed on the reciept and he too was very shady, he said please dont call the BB and go back to the mall for a refund. On my way there now….see what happens.
