I’ve been trying to get better quality sleep lately so I can wake up refreshed and also avoid some of the other down sides to not getting enough sleep (you know, like bags and dark circles under my eyes so I don’t need to go shopping for the best eye cream for dark circles). Lately, I’ve been waking up in the middle of the night, however. Last night I was incredibly thirsty so headed to the kitchen for a drink but sometimes my sleep interruptions just seem so random and pointless that it is frustrating. I actually bought a sleep/meditation CD online so we shall see if that helps.
