Scrabble Catchphrase Giveaway

Date Mon, October 29 2012

My family loves board games. I play them every time my sister spends the night. I spend a lot of time playing them when I’m at my mom’s. I play with my aunts, cousins and friends of friends.  I’ve played quite a few games, but there’s always a few classics that we come back to. I’m talking about games like Risk, Uno and, of course, Scrabble. I played a great round with my mom and sister not too long ago. I’m always excited when I get to review for Hasbro because I know someone will enjoy whatever it is that they send me.

Of course, I’m excited when I can offer board games and other giveaway prizes to my readers, too. I’m glad to be able to present you with an opportunity to win Scrabble Catchphrase. It’s an electronic word game where your team tries to guess a word by the hints you give. Of course, you can’t rhyme or use the beginning letter, so it’s going to be a little more difficult than Pictionary or a similar guessing game.

I haven’t played Scrabble Catchphrase myself. I’m waiting on my own review copy in the mail, but I’m sure I’ll rock at it. I’m pretty good at those guessing games. If you like similar games, I bet you’ll enjoy it, too. If you’d like to add it to your games collection or even give it to someone who you think would enjoy it, enter the giveaway with the PromoSimple widget below.

Click here to view the widget in its own tab if it doesn’t load.

Giveaway is open to US residents. Giveaway will end November 25.

We play scrabble ALL THE TIME…every time my extended family gets together, it is the first thing we pull out, even though we play virtually all the time. Can’t wait to teach my boys how to play!

When my dad worked nights when I still lived at home with my parents my mom would let me stay up late sometimes and play scrabble with her, we both love word games.

Scrabble was one of the games I grew up playing with my grandparents (many, many, many, years ago). They were not of the let the kids win generation so we learned at a very young age acceptable 2 letter words, and got Scrabble dictionaries as Christmas presents at an age where other kids were getting Dr. Seuss. My sisters and I still play daily on Facebook even though we are all in different time zones.
