For once, I didn’t choose a bra with lace. In fact, I had always purchased bars with lace because plain satin and similar bras seemed pretty boring to me. However, I changed my mind when being plied with different bras in the dressing room. The plainer bras of satin and the nylon/spandex mix felt super smooth on my skin so I passed up the lace this time.

Both bras feel great and do a good job at supporting and shaping. Becuase they’re both from the Very Sexy collection, they have gold hardware and both bras also have double straps.

The Demi Push Up is super sexy because it’s so low cut. On me, it really gives an appearance similar to the cut of bras and bikinis pin ups would wear. This just makes me feel sexy. The regular Very Sexy Push Up covers more but the shiny satin cups are just as sexy if not as revealing.

I have been wearing the regular Very Sexy Push Up on pretty much a daily basis and it has proven comfortable, pretty and functional. Both bras have held up extremely well to the wear of daily use and washing. While elasticy, they have yet to lose their shape.

The push up properties of both bras are pretty spectacular and I can only assume this is because of the Gel Curve technology. If I squeeze the padded part of the bar, I can tell there is something of a gel filled packet within the cups sort of like the water bras which were popular a few years back. However, Gel Curve seems to be more natural looking and of higher quality. I do not expect these brass to burst or break on me.

I feel like my money was well spent on these bras. If I had to pick a bra I prefer, it would probably be the Demi Push Up simply because of how sexy the low cut makes me feel.

Helpful Hint: If your bra feels a bit tight, try a bra extender to make it comfortable once more!

Adorned with a pretty pink flower, this bottle is feminine. The body itself is a deep pink with a hint of orange and shimmers gorgeously.

You can probably already tell I’m much more impressed with this product than I was Pure Seduction. The scent is pleasant not only in the bottle but also in the shower. The body wash feels silkier during, my skin feels smoother after and I could swear that it’s even lasted me longer. But I’m not sure if that’s all actually fact or if I just love the scent that much.

Can scent alone do that much?

It is a wonderful scent. Sweet Daydream is labeled as a mix of “Juicy apple with a flirtatious combination of crisp raspberry and warm vanilla.” It’s lightly fruity, not too heavy or sweet, and the scent of apple is immediately recognizable. The raspberry aspect is also fairly strong and overall I’d say this product smell like apples and berries with very little vanilla (but the lack of vanilla is nothing you’ll miss).

A great scent like this will make your shower smell good and bath time will becoming relaxing and truly exhilarating, as the body wash claims to be. If you haven’t tried any of the Secret Garden products, try this scent first. You won’t regret it!

The comfortable cottons of the Pink collection have led me to it, if not exclusively then at least predominantly, for most of my young adult life. In my experience, most of the products in the Pink collection are slightly pricey, similar to most VS prices. I tend to be a sale shopper and as the panties collection is always offered at a “5for $25″ prices, I tend to save quite a bite by doing so. However, for those prices you are picking up items that tend to be more quality than the products you might buy as a big box store. For the most part, my Pink panties have far outlasted other brands while remaining comfortable and cute.

I would definitely recommend the Pink collection to anyone looking for something fun to add to their wardrobe, beauty chest or home.

So I picked up the Pure Seduction “exhilarating” body wash and was excited to try it out. Since I had enjoyed all the scents before, I thought any would work and the Casaba Melon,Plum, & Freesia scents seemed like as good a choice as any. It was pricier than most body washes and smaller as well but it was on sale from the price marked on the shelf.

I must admit I was disappointed when I finally used the body wash. I had smelled the lotions and the body wash didn’t smell exactly the same. In fact, compared to the lotion, the body wash almost smells bad. Although the Pure Seduction body wash smells nice, it didn’t smell as great as I was expecting.

Scent aside, I gave it a try. I was disappointed at the body wash. It didn’t feel especially silky and it didn’t lather well; I have to use quite a bit because of this and the bottle is quickly emptying.

Admittedly, my skin smells rather pleasant afterward but it doesn’t feel especially soft or silky and it sometimes a bit oily. Pure Seduction body wash also doesn’t seem like it does anything for body acne.

Overall, this seems like a body wash that is purely cosmetic, without offering a lot of benefits to the skin. For its price, I would expect something that works a bit better, lathers easier and lasts more as well as a product that leaves my skin not just pleasant smelling but soft.

I’m willing to try other Secret Garden products but I’ll be sure to smell the specific product first!

When all my packages arrived, I was pleasantly surprised with the lip gloss. The 4 scents – Cherry Bomb, Sugar High, Grapefruit Blast and Toasty Almond – were cute .28 Oz tubes nestled snugly inside a very sleek looking box that remind me of a Christmas present! With the box – a shiny pink lid printed with LIP CANDY (in a very disco-esque fashion, might I add) over a shiny silver tray which lines with a glittery pink foil which can be seen through the clear plastic tray holding the glosses – so impressive, I couldn’t wait to try the glosses themselves!

I’m happy to say I absolutely adore 3 of these scents: Cherry Bomb, Sugar High and Grapefruit Blast. I was shocked by the last one; I’m usually not a fan of grapefruit.
What can I say? I love scents but not all scents.

Overall, the 4 glosses have strong scents to appeal to any discerning nose and a sweet flavour for those compulsive lip-lickers like myself. The glosses are thick and slightly sticky which might be a turn off for anyone you are kissing and will certainly attract any hair blowing in the wind.

To break it down, both Grapefruit Blast and Cherry Bomb – a pretty pink and deep red, respectively – had delicious scents that were sweeter than the natural counterparts are without losing the fruity origins. Sugar High, a glittery white like snow, is a tantalizing scent reminiscent of homemade sugar cookies. I found these glosses absolutely addicting!

However, something went wrong with Toasty Almond. I must not be the only one to think so as it’s no longer listed on the Victorias Secret site. I wasn’t sure about it from its golden brown colour to its a-little-too strong nutty/coffee scent but gave it a go anyway. I wish I hadn’t. Once on the lips, all I could smell was something not-quite-like-horribly-burned-almonds. This was definitely I didn’t want myself or anyone else tasting or smelling on my lips and I quickly removed it. A second try revealed it to be not quite as offensive but still far from pleasant.

All the glosses are sheer with just a tiny hint of colour and lots of glitter to make your lips sparkly! Because the glosses are sheer, I thin they’d be great for daytime wear. Yet, because they are sparkly, they would also turn your lips up a notch for a night on the town.

Like most glosses, they don’t seem to last very long and will rub off on food, glasses, other people et cetera. I would recommend reapplying rather frequently but the alluring scent will be enough to do that anyway!

I would recommend most of these scents to anyone looking for a fun, flirty lip gloss. I would try out most of the fruity glosses Victoria’s Secret has in its collection in the future; I was definitely impressed!
