I’ve heard..

That there’s a Texas sized mass of plastics which has floated together, hanging out in the middle of the Pacific Ocean between the USA and Japan. The currents have pushed pieces of plastic, which have been discarded or eventually wound up in the ocean, into a gigantic “land” mass. So when I see all the Brita commercials which show the usefulness of a bottle of water (say, 45 minutes) compared to the length of its impact on the world (forever), I understand. I don’t drink as much water as I should but I have considered one of those pitcher filtering systems. Of course, if you have a refrigerator which makes ice and water, you can also do away with the water bottles. Just makes sure to consistently change your MWF filterThe filter removes all the potential pollutants of your water/ice dispenser including lead and chlorine so you can be safe, healthy and environmentally conscious.
